IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN INFORMASI "LYTARA" SEBAGAI PUSAT REPOSITORY DIGITAL DAN LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI MAHASISWA

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education administration is essential for operational efficiency. STMIK Bina Patria faces challenges regarding unsynchronized manual administrative data, which hinders students’ academic progress. This research aims to develop “Lytara V.2.0” as a digital repository center and integrated administrative service using the Google Sites platform. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected through a material expert validation instrument and a user response questionnaire distributed to 30 student respondents. The material expert validation resulted in a score of 79.17% (Eligible with Minor Revisions), while the user field trial showed an effectiveness level of 85.00% (Very Eligible). Lytara V.2.0 is proven effective in simplifying access to vital documents such as thesis registration, admission archives, and guidance schedules within a single digital navigation portal.
